Shipping Policy
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product type, Print Provider, and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged/defective product
A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof.

Returns/exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to the sender/lost in transit due to an invalid address being provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
